All machines or items which are designed to be integrated into a machine or into a production line need to meet the CE regulations and require an authentic CE Manufacturer Declaration (since the end of 2009 named “Declaration of incorporation of partly completed machinery” before they may be sold in the EU.
By such a declaration (which we can set up for you and integrate into the manuals), you indicate, that the entire CE conformity check procedure was performed, and that all items meet the requirements of the corresponding CE regulations.
We can perform the CE conformity check for you. In addition, we can produce an individual check form which helps your staff to perform future CE conformity checks without assistance.
Two of the most important subjects to achieve CE conformity: Nobody is allowed to put a CE label on a machine or item unless a CE Risk Evaluation was performed and all avaoidable risks were eliminated. In addition, a comprehensible Operators Manual needs to go with the machine which has to be made by the supplier of the sub unit or by the general contractor who delivers the system to the user.
